In a Migraine Audit, patients recruited from Primary Care practices were encouraged to alter their diets to eliminate the appropriate foods. Their progress was followed for a 2-month period. The study showed: “A marked proportion of the migraine patients benefited from dietary intervention by cutting out (the problem) foods.” And that “over 60% of patients who re-introduced the suspect foods back into their diets reported the return of their migraine symptoms.”

In an independently audited report, conducted in association with Allergy UK, we surveyed 5211 customers who had taken our 113 FoodScan test and 72.0% said their condition had improved. This study was published in February 2007 in the International Journal of Nutrition and Food Science.
