47-year-old university lecturer Simon Pattison had been suffering with issues related to IBS for 10 years which related to a former hiatus hernia diagnosis.

Simon explained how these symptoms affected him over the years, “I was often in pain or severe discomfort throughout the day which would affect my job.”
